Permit Acquisition

The acquisition of state and federal permits is one of the more complex aspects of pond, wetland and river restoration and enhancement projects. Throughout the years, Kingfisher personnel have submitted innumerable permits to the many agencies having jurisdiction over our projects in the United States and Canada. Our experience with state, federal and tribal agencies has given us a comprehensive understanding of the regulations and procedures affecting these projects, and has helped us foster strong relationships with personnel from local, state, and district level offices.
